Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for pharma, medical, and healthcare roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
