Head HR

Performance Drivers:
Lead the end-to-end HR function for Corporate Office with regular HR connect and visits to Factory and R&D unit
Manage the complete employee lifecycle covering manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement, development and separation.
Drive recruitment for Corporate including sourcing, interviewing, selection and joining.
Manage HR operations including HRMS, employee records, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee documentation.
Partner with Factory HR and business leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, discipline, grievance handling and productivity.
Drive employee engagement, communication and employee-connect initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, Industrial Relations, Standing Orders, POSH and other HR regulations.
Support R&D and technical functions through manpower planning, hiring, induction and employee development.
Establish consistent HR processes, SOPs and governance across locations while maintaining confidentiality.
Provide HR MIS on manpower, recruitment, attrition, engagement and other key HR metrics.
Work closely with the Joint Managing Director and functional heads on organization structure, people priorities, succession and strategic HR matters.
Prerequisites:
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent, with 15–18 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle and HR compliance.
Mandatory manufacturing HR experience with good understanding of compliance, POSH.
Experience handling HR responsibilities across multiple locations, preferably Corporate, Factory and R&D.
Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, with hands-on execution and regular location visits.
Experience in Pharmaceutical, API, Chemical, Manufacturing or other regulated industries.
