Job Title: SAP MM Functional Consultant (Implementation)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Functional Consultant to join our enterprise transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders to transition legacy supply chain workflows into a streamlined SAP environment, ensuring best practices and minimal business disruption. 

### Key Responsibilities

* **Business Blueprinting:** Lead requirement-gathering workshops, map complex business processes, conduct fit-gap analyses, and author detailed functional specification documents.
* **System Configuration:** Configure core SAP MM sub-modules, including Organizational Structure, Material/Vendor Master data, Purchasing (PR, PO, Release Strategies), Inventory Management, Valuation & Account Assignment, and Invoice Verification.
* **Integration Management:** Ensure seamless cross-functional integration of the MM module with related SAP domains such as FICO, SD, PP, and WM/EWM.
* **Data Migration:** Define data migration strategies, map legacy data to SAP structures, and oversee data cleansing and loading activities using tools like LSMW, LTMC, or Migration Cockpit.
* **Testing & Quality Assurance:** Create comprehensive test cases, coordinate Unit Testing and Integration Testing (SIT), and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
* **Training & Change Management:** Develop training materials, conduct end-user training sessions, and support organizational change management initiatives.
* **Go-Live & Hypercare:** Drive cutover planning, execute final deployment tasks, and provide dedicated hypercare support to resolve post-go-live issues.

### Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

* **SAP Expertise:** Minimum 5+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience in SAP MM.
* **Lifecycle Experience:** Proven track record of participating in at least 2 full lifecycle (End-to-End) SAP implementation projects.
* **S/4HANA Knowledge:** Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA simplifications, including Business Partners (BP) and Material Ledger.
* **Process Knowledge:** Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, inventory valuation, sub-contracting, and consignment workflows.
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An SAP MM Certification is highly desirable.
