*Role Overview*
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager – Personal Loans (DSA Channel) to drive branch-level business growth through DSA management, customer acquisition, and team performance. The role involves managing channel relationships, achieving disbursement targets, and ensuring quality business sourcing.

*Key Responsibilities*
Drive Personal Loan business through the DSA channel.
Develop, manage and strengthen relationships with existing and new DSAs.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the DSA network.
Achieve monthly sourcing, login and disbursement targets.
Lead and guide the sales team to improve productivity.
Monitor business performance, sales pipelines and conversion ratios.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for smooth processing.
Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Track market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.

*Candidate Requirements*
Graduate in any discipline.
7–11 years of experience in Personal Loan Sales, DSA Sales or Retail Assets.
Strong experience in Personal Loan sourcing through the DSA channel.
Proven track record of achieving business targets.
Experience in team handling and DSA/channel management.
Strong market knowledge of Karimnagar or Kurnool.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
