Relationship Officer

What You’ll Do
 Present and promote our comprehensive financial products and services
 Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new franchises and business
partners
 Ensure a seamless transition into our organization, including welcome materials,
inter-department coordination for payout setups, and timely completion of
paperwork
 Engage with partners and end customers (B2C) to drive product adoption and deliver
a stellar customer experience
 Monitor performance, gather feedback, and report on business impact
 Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and strategic
goals
What We’re Looking For
 Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
 Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
 Basic understanding of financial products and concepts
 Sales experience in financial products (insurance, mutual funds) is a plus
 Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred
