Role Overview
• Job Title: Relationship Officer – Current Account (RO-CA)
• Department: Retail Liabilities – Sales
• Work Mode: On-site / Field-based
• Salary (CTC): ₹3 to ₹6 LPA (depending on experience and location)
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Client Acquisition: Source and open new Current Accounts (CA) and liability products.
• Lead Generation: Target local business owners, traders, and SMEs through intense field visits.
• Cross-Selling: Promote additional banking products and digital services to clients.
• Documentation: Ensure proper KYC and account opening paperwork compliance.
• Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing client engagement and build a referral network.
🎓 Eligibility & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 9 to 12+ months of field sales experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, local market awareness, and resilience for on-field travel.
