Business Project Manager

We are hiring for a Business Project Manager for Mumbai location.

Experience: 7–12 years
Mandatory Domain: Capital Markets / Stock Broking / Wealth Management / FinTech

Role Overview:
Looking for a business-facing Product/Project Manager who can understand business requirements, define functional scope, user journeys, acceptance criteria and MVP priorities, and coordinate with business, product and technology teams for effective delivery.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of Capital Markets / Broking workflows, including OMS/RMS, trading lifecycle, positions, holdings, margin and settlement.

Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD, functional analysis and stakeholder management.

Experience defining scope, priorities, milestones and acceptance criteria.

Exposure to web/mobile platforms, APIs, middleware and back-office systems.

Experience with Agile, UAT, JIRA/Confluence and cross-functional technology teams.

Note: This is a business-facing role focused on requirement ownership and solution definition, not a Scrum Master or QA/Testing PM role.
