We are looking for a **data-driven Product Analyst / Product Manager** who can turn product and business data into actionable insights and support better product and business decisions.

### 🔑 Key Skills Required

• Intermediate **SQL** – Joins, Aggregations, CTEs, Window Functions, Subqueries
• **Advanced Excel** – Lookup, IF, Aggregate Functions, Pivot Tables
• Relational Database understanding
• **Data / Business Analytics**
• ETL / ELT concepts
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Strong Communication & Documentation
• Ownership & Proactiveness

### 💼 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and deep dives for product/business decisions
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Perform data reconciliation, validation and discrepancy analysis
• Work with large databases/data warehouses
• Support dashboards and analytical reporting
• Define business logic and metrics for dashboards
• Identify and resolve data-quality issues in collaboration with Data/Engineering teams

### ⭐ Good to Have

Python, API concepts and experience with BI tools.
