Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our Enterprise Applications portfolio, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA and HRMS platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP implementation, enterprise application management, project governance, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, deployment, rollout, and post-go-live support.

Manage SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, PM, and PS, along with enterprise HRMS platforms.

Drive business process optimization, workflow automation, and system enhancements.

Manage implementation partners, vendors, budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.

Oversee system stability, hypercare, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.

Establish role-based access controls, authorization matrices, data privacy, and security standards.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and senior leadership to align IT initiatives with business objectives.

Define application roadmaps, cloud migration strategies, and scalability initiatives.

Lead change management, user training, and adoption across business functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

8–12+ years of IT experience, including 4–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Proven experience leading at least one full-lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public or Private Edition.

Strong understanding of SAP architecture, modules, integrations, APIs, and OData authorizations.

Experience implementing and managing HRMS solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent platforms.

Knowledge of HRMS functions, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Time and Attendance.

Strong project governance experience using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant SAP certifications are preferred.

Excellent leadership, vendor management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
