Job Description – KCP / IFA Team Member
Position: KCP – IFA Team Member
Department: Wealth / Distribution
Experience: 2–6 years in Wealth Management / Mutual Fund / AMC / Broking / Financial Distribution

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with IFA (Independent Financial Advisor) partners.
Acquire new IFA/financial advisor relationships and generate business through the partner network.
Drive sales of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds and other investment products through IFAs.
Achieve assigned sales, AUM and revenue targets.
Regularly meet IFAs and understand their business and investment requirements.
Provide product updates, market insights and sales support to IFA partners.
Increase activation and productivity of existing IFA partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, transactions, documentation and service requirements.
Maintain strong partner relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
Track competitor activities and market trends.

Candidate Profile:
Experience in IFA / Channel Sales / Mutual Fund / AMC / Wealth Management preferred.
Strong network of IFAs/financial advisors will be an advantage.
Good understanding of investment products and financial markets.
Strong relationship-management, communication and business-development skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with field/client meetings.
