Corporate Salary Relationship Manager

Role Overview

Manage and drive acquisition of new Corporate Salary Account relationships.
Coordinate with various internal departments for lead generation and business opportunities.
Generate business through open market sourcing and corporate tie-ups.
Drive cross-selling of Banking Products including:
Insurance
Credit Cards
Other Asset Products
Team Management

Handle a team of 8 Acquisition Managers (AMs).
Ensure achievement of team and individual business targets.
Key Requirements

Preferred: Candidates with prior team handling experience.
High-performing individual contributors may also be considered.
Non-working/long career gap candidates will not be considered.
