Qualification & Skills
Age: 25 to 28 years
Qualifications: BE Mechanical
Experience: 1 to 3 years in design-related field.
Software Proficiency: Solid Edge (Must)
CTC Range- 4 to 6 LPA
Technical Skills:
• Good understanding of engineering drawings
• Knowledge of GD & T, Basic knowledge of ASME STD.
• Basic knowledge of machining & manufacturing processes and Materials
Other: PLM (Teamcenter-Basic), MS Office, Creativity, Teamwork & Time management,
English verbal and written communication.
Desirable Skills:
➢ Experience in the field of rotating equipment like Mechanical Seals, Pumps,
Compressor, Agitator, API application and DIN / ISO standard towards GD &T.

Responsibility:
• Drafting of mechanical seal 3D components by using software -Solid Edge.
• Prepare component drawings as per standard guidelines and methods by using
GD & T.
• Maintaining correctness of Drawing as per Std. guidelines.
• Discipline and time management are required while working on projects.
• Ensure compliance with EBJ standards.
• Enthusiastic towards new technologies and design practices.
• Quick learner and adaptation behavior.
• High attention to detail and precision.

Job Description:
As a Design Engineer-CAD, you will be based in Pune, India; but will work exclusively
for our parent company in Japan.
Design Engineer-CAD is responsible for designing, developing, and preparing
mechanical seal (used in Pump, Agitator and compressor) and Coupling drawings
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Preparation of preliminary top assembly drafts
➢ preparation of top assembly drawings
➢ preparation of manufacturing drawings
➢ preparation of bill of materials
➢ execution of model and drawing revisions
➢ execution of special tasks on demand of department
➢ achieving Quality demands as per Quality Monitoring Standard of department
