Optics Design Engineer

🚀 We’re Hiring: Optics Design Engineer | Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Optics Design Engineer to join our Design and Development team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in optical design, modeling, optimization, and testing for infrared and visible imaging systems.

📌 Job Details:

Position: Optics Design Engineer
Experience: 2–5 years
Location: Hyderabad HO
Department: Design and Development

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, validate, and optimize optical models for lens systems.
Perform optical optimization and tolerancing using Zemax OpticStudio.
Conduct stray light analysis for imaging systems.
Support the design and testing of optical components and electro-optical systems.
Work on infrared and visible optical systems to meet imaging and illumination requirements.
Validate optical system performance and support testing activities.

✅ Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Zemax OpticStudio and Code V.
Strong knowledge of optical design, lens modeling, optimization, and tolerancing.
Understanding of stray light analysis and infrared optical systems.
Knowledge of optical component design and electro-optical system testing.

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optics, Applied Optics, Optical Engineering, Photonics, or a related field.
