Branch Collection In charge - Recovery

 Responsible for loan recovery and collections, primarily for Group Collection, SG and JLG loan products within the assigned location.
 Manage and ensure timely recovery through collection agencies or directly appointed personnel.
 Ensure adherence to company policies, practices, processes and approved collection guidelines.
 Monitor collection activities and drive recovery performance across the assigned area.

Candidate Requirements  Qualification: Any graduate.
 Experience: Relevant experience in collections and recovery, preferably in microfinance or group lending.
 Vehicle: Two-wheeler is mandatory.
