Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Developer with strong expertise in embedded firmware development and navigation systems. The role involves developing embedded software for STM32-based platforms, implementing navigation and sensor-fusion algorithms, integrating INS/IMU/GNSS sensors, and performing testing, calibration, debugging, and performance validation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, debug, and optimize Embedded C/C++ firmware for STM32/ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers.
Work with RTOS/FreeRTOS for real-time task scheduling and system performance.
Design and implement INS, IMU, and GNSS navigation and sensor-fusion algorithms.
Implement Kalman filters, quaternion/Euler-based attitude estimation, coordinate transformations, and motion tracking.
Develop firmware using communication interfaces such as UART, RS232, RS422, RS485, SPI, I2C, and CAN.
Perform sensor integration, IMU calibration, debugging, and navigation performance validation.
Conduct static and dynamic testing and analyze sensor performance under vibration and shock conditions.
Optimize software for real-time execution, memory utilization, and power consumption.
Work with Linux environments, Ethernet, and embedded development tools.
Develop test procedures, data logging systems, and validation reports.
Maintain and enhance existing embedded software and firmware.

Required Skills
Strong programming experience in Embedded C/C++.
Hands-on experience with STM32/ARM Cortex-M or similar microcontrollers.
Experience with RTOS/FreeRTOS.
Knowledge of INS, IMU, GNSS, navigation algorithms, and sensor fusion.
Experience with UART, RS232/RS422/RS485, SPI, I2C, and CAN.
Knowledge of sensor calibration, Kalman filtering, and navigation testing.
Good understanding of embedded debugging and firmware development.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of MATLAB, GNU Octave, Python, Shell scripting, Qt, Eclipse, STM32CubeIDE, STM32CubeMX, STM32CubeProgrammer, Linux, Ethernet, and cross-compilation will be an added advantage.
