Industry Preference: Die Casting (GDC & LPDC) / Casting Industry
Job Profile :
Knowledge to Develop and implement PLC and Robotic programming solutions based on project requirement.
Knowledge of ABB & KAWASAKI Robotic Programming for foundry plus robots & Communication with PLC.
Design, test and troubleshoot control systems and PLC programs & calibration of ABB/ Kawasaki robots
Conduct testing and debugging of programs to identify and resolve any functional issues.
Developed relay-based circuits and drawings.
VFD and Servo drive programming
Developed various HMI screens to facilitate interface with PLC according to customer standards.
Knowledge of Ethernet and device-net communication
Electrical power and control circuit drawings and control panel design
I/O list selection according to requirement of machine logic
I/O card testing communicating it with PLC through RS 232/485/Ethernet communication.
End to end Installation and commissioning of robotic projects.
