Branch Collection in Charge - Recovery

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for loan recovery and collections, primarily for Group Collection, SG and JLG loan products within the assigned location.
Manage and ensure timely recovery through collection agencies or directly appointed personnel.
Ensure adherence to company policies, practices, processes and approved collection guidelines.
Monitor collection activities and drive recovery performance across the assigned area.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Any graduate.
 Experience: Relevant experience in collections and recovery, preferably in microfinance or group lending.
 Vehicle: Two-wheeler is mandatory.
 Career Gap: Candidates should not have any career gaps.
