💵 LAP Ticket Size: ₹75 Lakhs – ₹5 Crore

Chennai – T. Nagar: 10 Positions
Madurai: 2 Positions
Coimbatore: 2 Positions

🔴 Important Candidate Criteria
LAP background is mandatory.
DSA / Connector handling experience is mandatory.
Candidates with 30–60 days notice period preferred.
90 days notice period profiles will not be accepted.
Candidates should have strong experience in Mortgage / LAP sales and channel business.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development for Mortgage / Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Source business through DSAs and Connectors.
Develop, manage and strengthen the DSA/Connector network.
Generate quality LAP leads and achieve monthly business targets.
Manage the complete lending process from inquiry, application and verification to sanction and disbursement.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and other internal teams for smooth processing.
Ensure proper pre-sanction and post-sanction documentation.
Maintain relationships with new and existing customers and channel partners.
Monitor portfolio quality and support collection/customer service requirements.
Candidate Profile
7–10 years of relevant experience in LAP / Mortgage Sales.
Strong hands-on experience in DSA and Connector handling.
Proven track record in mortgage/LAP business acquisition.
Strong understanding of the complete LAP lending process.
Good market knowledge and channel relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
