Required Technical Skills
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
Autodesk Inventor
SolidWorks
Knowledge of STAAD Pro will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of:
Mechanical design
Structural design (standard & non-standard)
Sheet metal design
Industrial equipment engineering
Knowledge of SAP / SAP B1 preferred.
Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
Minimum 20+ years of relevant experience in industrial equipment, grain processing, rice milling, or related manufacturing industries.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership and team management capability
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong practical exposure to manufacturing and site execution
