Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to monitor and support servers, network devices, applications, and infrastructure in a 24x7 GMS/NOC environment. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, monitoring tools, ITSM processes, and server operations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor servers, network devices, applications, and infrastructure using monitoring tools.
Handle incidents, service requests, alerts, and tickets within defined SLAs.
Perform basic troubleshooting of Windows/Linux servers and network connectivity.
Monitor CPU, memory, disk utilization, service availability, and overall system health.
Perform server and service restarts as per approved SOPs and procedures.
Troubleshoot alerts and coordinate with L2/L3 teams for complex issues.
Maintain accurate ticket updates, documentation, checklists, and shift handovers.
Follow incident, change, escalation, and ITSM processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Validate critical activities before ticket closure.
Participate in knowledge transfer, knowledge sharing, and process improvement activities.
