PeopleSoft Technical Consultant – HCM

We are seeking a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to develop, enhance, and support applications within a highly customized PeopleSoft HCM environment. This role involves translating complex business requirements into reliable application solutions, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining seamless integrations.

What will your role look like:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance PeopleSoft HCM applications and customizations.
• Implement business logic and batch processes utilizing PeopleCode and Application Engine.
• Build and maintain interfaces and integrations through Component Interface and Integration Broker.
• Develop and modify BI Publisher reports to align with business and operational needs.
• Investigate application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective fixes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to turn requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, support integration and user acceptance testing, and assist with deployments.
• Assess the impact of system changes on existing customizations and integrations while maintaining technical documentation.

We would like you to bring along:

• Advanced technical proficiency in PeopleSoft development with hands-on HCM application support experience.
• Strong technical expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and BI Publisher.
• Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with preferred experience in SQL troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with technical and functional teams.
• Full availability to work onsite at the Fort Area office in Mumbai.
