Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment
across multiple manufacturing plants. The role will focus on bulk hiring, manpower planning,
recruitment analytics, budget management, continuous improvement of hiring processes, and
Campus Recruitment from Tier 1 colleges.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and recruitment execution across multiple plants.
• Manage bulk hiring for blue-collar, technical, engineering, supervisory, and corporate
positions.
• Partner with Plant HR Heads and business leaders to fulfil manpower requirements
within defined TATs.
• Prepare and monitor manpower plans and recruitment budgets in line with business
and plant requirements.
• Build effective sourcing channels through agencies, job portals, employee referrals,
campus hiring, and local recruitment drives.
• Lead campus recruitment across engineering colleges, IITs, polytechnics, and other
relevant institutions.
• Lead, develop, and manage the TA team, recruitment agencies, and vendors.
• Track and analyse key recruitment metrics such as TAT, position ageing, offer-to-joining
ratio, cost per hire, source effectiveness, and manpower fulfilment.
• Prepare recruitment dashboards and provide data-driven insights to support
management decisions.
• Data Analysis.
• Identify and implement hiring process improvements to reduce TAT, recruitment cost,
and joining delays.
• Build talent pipelines to support plant expansions, ramp-ups, and ongoing manpower
requirements.
• Standardise recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement across plants.
Candidate Profile
• 13+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial
environment.
• Strong experience in high-volume, multi-location, and multi-level recruitment.
• Proven expertise in managing recruitment for multiple plants and large manpower
requirements.
• Strong understanding of manpower planning, recruitment budgeting, and TA analytics.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder, vendor, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Experience in recruitment process improvement and standardisation.
• Willingness to travel to various plant locations as required.
