Manager Recruitment Operations - Engineering/Manufacturing

Key responsibilities:

 Lead and oversee the day-to-day recruitment operations of the assigned vertical.
 Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the vertical and ensure revenue and profitability targets are achieved.
 Drive year-on-year business growth through client acquisition, account expansion, and team scaling.
 Manage, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and recruiters to achieve business objectives.
 Ensure timely delivery of recruitment assignments while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
 Build strong relationships with clients and act as the primary escalation point for operational issues.
 Monitor team productivity, KPIs, revenue, and hiring performance through regular reviews.
 Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new employees to strengthen the recruitment team.
 Implement recruitment best practices, process improvements, and compliance with company policies.
 Prepare and present weekly and monthly MIS, business reports, and performance dashboards.
 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, with at 2-3 years in a team management role.
• Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience managing recruitment teams.
• Experience in handling and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder management skills.
