Officer – R & D

Key Responsibilities
➢ To plan and perform experiments in the R & D laboratory as per the instructions from the
R & D manager
➢ To record and maintain the experimental details and the analytical results of the
experiments performed in the R & D
➢ To promptly report and discuss the experimental observations and analytical results
➢ To regularly monitor the stock of chemicals and glassware in the R & D and communicate
the requirement to the respective stakeholders
➢ To follow and adhere to the standard operating procedures and systems prevailing in the
organization from time to time
➢ To strictly follow, maintain and ensure safety and good housekeeping while working in the
R & D
➢ To actively participate in the transfer of the optimized process from the R & D to the Pilot
plant / plant
➢ To perform any other responsibility assigned by the R & D manager

Education M. Sc. - Organic Chemistry
Work Experience Similar experience in organic / polymer chemistry related R & D or
Pilot Plant
