Profile Description:
We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance and repair of electronic weighing machines and related equipment. The candidate will be responsible for customer visits, troubleshooting and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Travel within the assigned territory to attend customer complaints and service requests.
* Install and commission new machines at customer locations.
* Perform maintenance and repairs on machines under warranty and Annual Service Contracts (ASC).
* Attend breakdown calls and resolve technical issues promptly.
* Promote and sell Annual Service Contracts (ASC) and achieve assigned sales targets.
* Provide technical assistance and support during the pre-sales process.
* Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualification:
* Diploma or ITI in Electronics.
* Knowledge of electronic equipment installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
* Customer handling.
