Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for loan recovery and collections, primarily for Group Collection, SG and JLG loan products within the assigned location.
• Manage and ensure timely recovery through collection agencies or directly appointed personnel.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, practices, processes and approved collection guidelines.
• Monitor collection activities and drive recovery performance across the assigned area.
Candidate Requirements
• Qualification: Any graduate.
• Experience: Relevant experience in collections and recovery, preferably in microfinance or group lending.
• Vehicle: Two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Career Gap: Candidates should not have any career gaps.
• Role Type: Individual Contributor.
