Home Loan Sales Officer
Position: Home Loan Sales Officer
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA
Experience: 1–6 years in Home Loan / LAP / Banking Sales
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and acquire new customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Develop business through direct sales, referrals, DSAs, builders, brokers, and other local channels.
• Conduct customer meetings and understand financial requirements.
• Explain home loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and processing teams for smooth loan processing.
• Collect and verify customer documents and ensure accurate application submission.
• Follow up with customers from lead generation to sanction and disbursement.
• Maintain relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements, and internal processes.
Candidate Profile
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–6 years of relevant experience in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage Sales, or Retail Asset Sales.
• Good knowledge of the local Hyderabad market and customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
• Candidates from banks, housing finance companies, NBFCs, and DSA channels are preferred.
Compensation
Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance.
